29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: a) Wash area, employees entered tanks mounted on vehicles and trailers such that their heads were approximately 1.5 feet down into the tank interiors past the top entry portal. An evaluation of these spaces in accordance with this standard was not performed, on or about, March 9, 2018. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
