29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Employees were exposed to illness from accumulation of lead which were discovered in the following locations: a) In the lunchroom, inside the slot of Pepsi vending machine #R6036546 accumulated 505.1 microgram of lead per 100 square centimeter. b) In the clean area, in the supervisor locker room, in the extreme back left corner of locker #71, 72.34 micrograms of lead per 100 square centimeter had accumulated. c) In the clean area, in the supervisor locker room, in the extreme back right area of locker #71, 40.20 micrograms of lead per 100 square centimeter had accumulated. Exide Technologies. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081557, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 3001 Fairfax Trafficway, Kansas City, KS 66115.
