29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or about March 13, 2018, on the rooftop, an employee performing sheathing work from a 6:12 pitch roof was not  protected from 9 feet 2 inches fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.      b. On or about March 13, 2018, on the rooftop, employees installing roof underlayment from a 6:12 and 3:12 pitch roofs were not protected from 9 feet 2 inches fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.    Father N Son Construction, LLC was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1220052, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on June 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 625 Stone Ridge Drive Lot 138, Ponte Vedra, Florida.      Father N Son Construction, LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1097166, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on December 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 341 Trellis Bay Rd., Saint Augustine, Florida.
