29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were maintained in a legible condition: Employees engaged in forklift operation activities, such as loading and unloading and employees near the forklift (Nissan Forklift Model KPH01A15VP) in the oat mill facility were exposed to struck-by hazards. The employees were exposed in that the directional control lever for the transmission was missing directional control markings.
