29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): At this establishment, the written hazard communication program, developed and implemented by this employer, did not include a complete list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet. (a) Mechanical Shop - On or about March 14/18 employees were using chemicals such as Berkebile 2+2 iInstant Gum Cutter B-101which was not included on the chemical list. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
