29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the construction site located 2805 W Highway 76 in Branson, Missouri: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet from the edge of the level they were working on to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: At the construction site located 2805 W Highway 76 in Branson, Missouri: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard. A framer was observed using the top step of a step ladder to work from. The employee was exposed to a fall distance of greater than 8 feet eave to ground without use of fall protection.
