29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. At a residential construction site located at 121 Chateau Cove, Branson, MO, an employee was exposed to fall hazards as he worked on top of a framed building without a fall protection system. The spacing of walking surface was approximately 12 inches apart with the width of the beam being approximately 2.5 inches. The distance to the next level was approximately 11.5 feet. Creative Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1301660, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/21/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2805 W Highway 76, Branson, MO 65616.
