On or about March 15, 2018, at the construction site located at Lot 48 Waterbury Place, Powell, Ohio, employees were performing framing work on a roof of a two story residential home with a pitch of approximately 8 in 12 and approximately 10 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard. b. On or about March 15, 2018, at the construction site located at Lot 48 Waterbury Place, Powell, Ohio, employees were performing framing work on the second story floor level of a two story residential home at approximately 10 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
