29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:    At a jobsite located at 4721 NE Pocono Circle, Lees Summit, Missouri, employees were exposed to serious struck by hazards in that employees conducting framing work using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing appropriate eye or face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    At a jobsite located at 4721 NE Pocono Circle, Lees Summit, Missouri, employees were exposed to serious fall hazards in the following instances:    (a)  Employees conducting framing work on the roof level were exposed to fall hazards exceeding 15 feet. Employees were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure.    (b) Employees conducting framing work were exposed to a floor hole inside the structure at the basement stair with a fall distance of approximately 8 feet. Employees were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure.
