29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: 1) On March 16, 2018, McCauley Constructors Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of its subcontractor, ASCO Construction, LLC, were protected from falling object hazards where a toeboard was not erected at the level where employees were doing masonry work.
