The employer must keep the information for the duration of the job. (a) Location - Newton Wellesley Hospital, multiple buildings: On or about 3/17/18, the employer did not ask for nor receive written information from the building owner about any roof anchorage points prior to allowing an employee to use a fixed ladder as an anchor point for a rope descent system.
