29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: (a) Molded Fiber Glass Companies/South Dakota at 1401 Highway 19 North, Aberdeen, SD 57401: On and prior to March 19, 2018 the employer did not ensure employees were protected from chemical hazards in that the labels on secondary containers of Loctite Frekote B-15 included information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.
