29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On the counter by the computer, 2.127 ug (micrograms) of lead was found, on or about April 4, 2018. b) On the counter by the register, 1.6775 ug (micrograms) of lead was found, on or about April 4, 2018. c) On the refrigerator handle, 1.3185 ug (micrograms) of lead was found, on or about April 4, 2018. Shooting Gallery Range, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159524, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2911 39th Street, Orlando, FL.
