29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s) On or about March 19, 2018 at the facility in cold bay (Large Bore Cell #7) where an employee was exposed to a struck-by/caught-in hazard as he was in the process of disassembling a blowout preventer (BOP) which was suspended by an overhead crane and his right arm was not kept clear of the load.
