29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling: a) 269 Main St., Northborough, MA: On or about March 21, 2018, 2 employees were observed sheathing the roof of this building being constructed without any fall protection, more than 20 feet above the ground below. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
