29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: (a) At the Winter Garden FL facility, for employees who were exposed to arc flash hazards when working on various circuits energized with 480 volts, in panels such as, but not limited to, the Extruder, Slotter and or Corrugator panels, the Employer lacked documentation of training, on or about March 21, 2018.
