29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: a) 515 N. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE - On or about March 28, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that live parts of electrical equipment were guarded from accidental contact. Energized electrical panels in the electrical room were not enclosed, nor was the room conspicuously marked to forbid entry by unqualified persons.

29 CFR 1926.403(i)(1)(ii): Working space about electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less was used for storage: a) 515 DuPont Highway, Dover, DE - On or about March 28, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that working space about electrical equipment was not used for storage. In an unsecured and unmarked electrical room, a ladder was stored in front of energized electrical panels with exposed live parts.
