29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) HydroChemPSC located at 3800 Stickney Road in Toledo, Ohio; On or about March 27, 2018 the employer did not conduct an evaluation to determine the respiratory hazards associated with entering the paint JK Wrangler paint booths for cleaning. Employees were potentially exposed to volatile organic compounds including, but not limited to, xylene, hexone, ethyl benzene, and formaldehyde when entering the base and clear coat paint booths to wipe down and change out robot covers.
