29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 257 Hurffville-Crosskeys Rd., Sewell, NJ: On or about March 27, 2018 three Deder Construction LLC employees were setting roof trusses on a four story apartment style residential structure. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 40 feet to the ground below.
