29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  66-72 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, NJ.  Employee was exposed to falls of up to 20' from the top plate of the second floor to the ground below and other workers were exposed to falls of 11' to the ground below as fall protection devices or methods were not being utilized.                                        Violation observed on or about 05/04/2018.  .

Employees who were exposed to falls of up to 20' were not provided training on fall hazard recognition and prevention. Employee was exposed to falls of up to 20' from the top plate of the second floor to the ground below or from 9 feet from the wood framing to the second floor as no ladder was provided for the worker and he climbed the wood framing.
