29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer must ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings; Thermoforming department, thermoforming lines no. 1, 2, 4, stacking stations - employees assigned to pack items at the stacking stations were exposed to trip and fall hazards when accessing work locations by fixed stairs that were not uniform in riser height and tread depths between landings. Abatement certification documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
