29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On or about 3/30/2018, The D system seed hopper, east side guard was off and the bolts were broken that would have held it in place which protects the tempering tube auger.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a) On or about 3/30/2018, storage rack legs were bent and not secured to the floor in compliance with ANSI MH16.1 - 2004, 1.4.7 Bearing Plates and Anchors, (Rack Manufacturers Institute). This hazard was on the Blender aisle center racks and on the East side of the room.
