Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.:    (a)Horizontal Machining & Manufacturing, Inc. at 640 Arizona Ave. NW, Huron, SD 57350: On and before and at times prior to March 29, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from the caught-in-between and crushing hazard associated with the Mitsubishi ML4020NX Laser MSC Multiple shelf tower. The material loading elevator did not have appropriate guards in place preventing employee exposure to crushing or caught in-between hazards while the elevator was being lowered.
