Imperial Carbide, Inc.; jig grind area - On or about 3/28/18, and at times prior thereto, the unused portion of the saw blade and nip points with the blade guide rolls were not guarded on the Roll In band saw. B.) Imperial Carbide, Inc; jig grind area - On or about 3/28/18, and at times prior thereto, the bottom portion of the saw blade where the blade comes around the pulley was not guarded on the Roll In band saw.
