29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) Wire processing area: On or about April 4, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed the machine operator to noise levels above the permissible exposure limit of 92 decibels (132% dose) without providing an audiometric test. The employee had an exposure of 94.3 decibels (183.8% dose) during the 394 minute sampling period.
