29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Mechanical execution of work. Electric equipment shall be installed in a neat and workmanlike manner.  There shall be no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating.    a) A GFCI outlet on the northwest side of the warehouse near Location Z10 was damaged in that it appeared bent and had exposed wiring.     b) The base of the breaker box near Doors 23 and 24 was damaged in that the base was partially removed to allow access for a flexible cable.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    a) On or about 4/2/2018, access to the Dunnage Hold Area breaker box was obstructed in that forklifts are parked in front of the breaker box and a forklift charger was positioned on the north side of the breaker box.    b) On or about 4/24/2018, access to the Dunnage Hold Area breaker box was obstructed in that dunnage was positioned in front of the breaker box and a forklift charger was positioned on the north side of the breaker box.    c) On or about 4/24/2018, access to the breaker box near Door 23 and 24 was obstructed in that boxes of merchandise were positioned in front of the breaker box.
