29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Building E, west side, third floor trusses, on or about 3-23-18: One employee was working and walking across flat floor trusses without fall protection, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 24 feet 4 inches to the outside of the building and 10 feet 6 inches to the floor below inside the building.
