29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(6): At the entrance of the mechanical rooms/areas in which employees could reasonably be expected to enter and which contained asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), the building owner did not post signs identifying the material present, its location, and appropriate work practice which, if followed will ensure that asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material will not be disturbed:    a) The Bank, Entrance to the Pipe Chase on the 6th Floor:  Employees (contractors) worked inside a pipe chase that contained non-intact ACM/PACM (pipe insulation), and the building owner did not post signs that identified the ACM/PACM present, its location, and appropriate work practices to prevent its disturbance, as discovered on or about 02/16/2018.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED      ABATEMENT NOTE:  Section (j)(4)(iv) of OSHA's general industry asbestos standard, 1910.1001, provides for the identical signage requirement.
