OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by and crush-by hazards:    a) At the Tampa Florida jobsite plant, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard while performing ground man duties near suspended loads of the 50 Ton Shuttle Lift Overhead Gantry Crane which is used to move large, heavy loads such as , but not limited to, 35 Ton pre-stressed concrete piles. These loads were elevated to be lowered and guided by ground men onto dunnage support points. The workers movement between the suspended loads and stationary piles increases the potential of exposure.
