29 CFR 1960.59(a): The Agency did not provide appropriate safety and health training for employees: Ensure that GSA employees are provided awareness training to recognize safety and health hazards. In addition, methods to correct these hazards include, but are not limited to: a preliminary assessed risk-level after review of the scope of work, identify need for a Site Safety Plan based on the assessed risk-level of the work and validate contractor site safety plans.
