29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a)  Employees installing waterproofing paper (Polystick TU MAX) at elevations of six feet or more above the ground are not being protected from fall hazards by a fall protective system: The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on April 4, 2018, when three employees installing waterproofing paper on the 6:12 pitch roof of a Townhouse at 1560 Plunker Dr., Davenport, FL , were exposed to the hazard of approximately 19 foot fall to the ground in that they did not have roof anchor installed and/or rope with lanyards to attach personal fall arrest gear.      Crown Roofing LLC was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1136266, Citation Number 01, Item Number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Courtyard Esterro Apartments Building 17, Corkscrew Commons Drive, Estero, FL 33928.
