29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 Construction site: On or about April 2, 2018, and at times prior, at 1889 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville GA 30049: a) the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 30-feet to the dirt below in that employees were not wearing fall protection while performing framing work on the roof of townhouses. b) the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of between 10-feet to 30-feet to the dirt below when no midrails were installed at the window opening at the second floor. c) the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet to the concrete below when no midrails were installed at the wall opening on the first floor basement.
