29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 160 Sunset Drive, Regency at Trotters Pointe, Tinton Falls, NJ: On or about 4/4/2018, a Primo Construction Inc. employee was installing trusses on the garage of a residential structure. The employee was using the first floor wall top plate as his walking / working surface. He was not using any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 12 feet to the ground below.
