29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 1175 Woodlane Rd., Eastampton, NJ : On or about 3/18/2019, Primo Construction Inc. was the controlling employer on this jobsite. Pumma Construction Inc. employees were walking the third floor exterior wall top plates while installing forth floor joists /trusses. They were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below. Primo Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1306539 citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/09/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 160 Sunset Drive, Regency at Trotters Pointe, Tinton Falls, NJ.
