29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million: a.) An employee, Assistant Office Manager, was exposed to carbon monoxide at a calculated 8-hour time weighted average of 306 parts per million approximately 6.12 times the permissible exposure limit, on or about 4-4-18. b.) An employee, Line 2 Palletizer, was exposed to carbon monoxide at a calculated 8-hour time weighted average of 228.7 parts per million approximately 4.57 times the permissible exposure limit, on or about 4-4-18. c.) An employee, Line 5 Packer, was exposed to carbon monoxide at a calculated 8-hour time weighted average of 214.1 parts per million approximately 4.28 times the permissible exposure limit, on or about 4-4-18. d.) An employee, Line 4 Packer, was exposed to carbon monoxide at a calculated 8-hour time weighted average of 210.2 parts per million approximately 4.2 times the permissible exposure limit, on or about 4-4-18. e.) An employee, Line 6 Quality Control, was exposed to carbon monoxide at a calculated 8-hour time weighted average of 163.5 parts per million approximately 3.27 times the permissible exposure limit, on or about 4-4-18.
