29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained in a safe condition. a) Bldg 5102, Storage room 102; On or about April 4, 2018 and at times prior thereto the controlling employer the U.S. Army at Fort Rucker AL allowed it's contractor CSRA, Inc. to expose their employees to slip/trip hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around floor holes that were not protected by a cover.
