29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: On or about April 5, 2018, employees engaged in soldering operations of electrical components used various solder including, but not limited to, Bow Solder Rosin Core Solder 60% tin/ 40% lead, and Lectro Flo Bar Solder 60/40 tin/lead, and the employer had not informed employees with potential exposure of the content of Appendices A and B of 1910.1025.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. On or about April 5, 2018, employees engaged in soldering operations of electrical components used various chemicals including, but not limited to ELANTAS Pedigree 1000-70-70, Bow Solder Rosin Core Solder 60% tin/ 40% lead, and Lectro Flo Bar Solder, and the employer had not compiled a list of all hazardous chemicals known to be present and included it in the written hazard communication program.
