29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment (a) On or about April 9, 2018 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where an electrical supply panel had blocked access in service bay eight by a permanently installed automotive lift post within the 36 inch working space located at 930 East Bismarck Expressway, Bismarck, North Dakota.
