29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about April 9, 2018, and at times prior, for the employees performing automotive service work while using hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, Penray Quick Dry Brake Cleaner, FVP Foaming Engine Degreaser, and various Valvoline Conventional Motor Oils, without a written program in place, located at 930 East Bismarck Expressway in Bismarck, North Dakota.
