29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      515 W. Kirkham Avenue, Webster Groves:  Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employer permits the employees to work at heights greater than 6 feet above lower level without using any forms of fall protection systems, exposing the employees to fall hazards.       On 04/09/2018 two employees who were working on a roof were exposed to fall hazards where guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems were not used.  The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 18 feet to ground level.       The employer, Vandegriffe Roofing Company, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1208113, citation number 02, item number 01 issued on 02/23/2017 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Ramblewood Way, Wentzville, Missouri 63385.   The employer, Vandegriffe Roofing Company, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 953350, citation 1 item number 2 issued on 1/20/2014 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/20/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 508 Cimarron Woods Court, Wentzville, MO 63385.
