29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:      a) On or about 04/10/18, at a roofing jobsite in the back portion of a house at 122 West Avenue, Buffalo, NY:  Employees  were working on the ground doing clean-up work in the vicinity of employees working  above on the roof and a  Ladder Jack Scaffold . The employees were  exposed to the potential hazard of being struck by materials  that could fall off the roof and scaffold.  The employees were not wearing a hardhat.          NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Both piks extended over their supports by approx. 4.5 ft.         NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
