29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a- Side of Building 47, Cherry Hill NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards when performing siding installation and other related activities from the elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift while wearing full body harnesses without the required lanyard attached to it and the designated tie off point. Condition observed on or about 04/10/18.
