29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.    a- Building 6, Rockingham Way, Manchester Township NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet to the ground surface below, while installing siding and performing other related activities from two separate pump jack scaffolds that were missing end stops.  In addition one of these pump jack scaffolds was in use with the safety net not attached to its active walking/working surface.  Conditions observed on or about 05/24/18.
