29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- Building 2000, Barkley Boulevard, Evesham NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 15 feet to the ground surface below, while installing siding and performing other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops. Condition observed on or about 04/10/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
