29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Mixed use new construction, building 12000 Hamilton Way, 12000 Woodlane Rd in Eastampton, NJ, 08060, at the rear (North) side of the facility: Employees working on balconies on the second, third, and fourth floor were not protected from falls at heights of approximately 15, 25, and 35 feet which was observed on or about 4/18/19. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Mixed use new construction, building 12000 Hamilton Way, 12000 Woodlane Rd in Eastampton, NJ, 08060, at the rear (North) side of the facility: Employees working on aerial lifts performing glazing operations did not have fall protection which was observed on or about 4/18/19. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
