29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a. 550 Old Peachtree Road, Suwanee, GA 154 Industrial Park Circle, Lawrenceville, GA (86" Laminator, Front Rewinder Machine) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. The employer did not provide adequate guarding to the front of the rewinder machine. There was a 3/4" opening between the guard and the roller, allowing employees/operators to reach into the machine where the cutting blade is located, exposing employees to injuries, on or about 04/04/18.
