Employees were exposed to hand and fingers amputation hazards with direct contact to an unguarded equipment.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an employee's amputation as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: JOB SITE: 500 E. 3rd Street, Fulton, MO 65251, the employer failed to report a work related amputation injury to OSHA within 24 hours of the incident. An employer sustained an amputation of their left middle finger on Friday, April 6, 2018 and did not report to incident to OSHA until Monday April 9, 2018.
