29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1): Gear(s) were not guarded by a complete enclosure or by one of the methods specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(ii) and (f)(1)(iii): a) On or about April 4, 2018 and at times prior, the employer, CEA Medical Manufacturing, Inc., d/b/a Biomedical Innovations did not ensure employees, who were required to operate a Cabler machine were protected from caught-in hazards due to exposed clutch gears near the operator's position.
