29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 1004 Bergman Place, Bayberry South, Middletown, DE-On or about April 5, 2018 and April 13, 2018 the employer failed to ensure employees were protected from a fall hazard, when engaged in carpentry work and the installation of flashing on a door frame, approximately 10 feet above grade. b) 1105-1106 Chopin Drive, Bayberry South, Middletown, DE- On or about April 5, 2018 the employer failed to ensure employees engaged in framing of a residence approximately 13 feet above grade were protected from a fall hazard.
