29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents: The Avila Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1233864, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 9, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3321 S. Bowman Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211. The Avila Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1210282, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 125 Midway Route, Monticello, Arkansas 71655. On or about April 13, 2018, and times prior thereto, at the jobsite located at 7510 Highway 300, Little Rock, AR, employees were observed using a Hitachi pneumatic nail gun without the use of eye protection.
